Profile:	I have been studying yoga for 23 years and I am a long time student of Swami Satchidananda (Integral Yoga) and studied "Yoga for the Special Child" with Sonia Sumar in the USA and Brazil. Profile:	I am a Mum of one very lively little boy based in New Cross Gate, South London. As well as teaching regular Kundalini Yoga classes I also teach pregnancy and postnatal yoga. I teach both groups and privately. I trained as a doula in 2009 with Michel Odent / Paramana Doula Training and I am now fully recognised as a doula by Doula UK. I am also an experienced placenta encapsulation specialist. This is a service for new mothers and their families. I collect the placenta soon after birth and and prepare it carefully to a traditional chinese medicine recipe. I then create capsules for the new mother to take to nourish her and her baby in the postnatal period. I can also make smoothies, essences and homeopathic remedies from the placenta.
