Cleavers Tea

(Cold water infusion)

Lymphatic system support

  • Collect approx. two large handfuls of the fresh herb (early Spring before flowering is best), rinse in clean water and lightly macerate.
  • Fill a container with 2 litres of cold water (preferably distilled or reverse osmosis), add herb and leave overnight in the fridge.
  • Strain the water and decant into glass bottles.
  • Drink 2 glasses each day (morning and evening) for the next 4 days.
