We are the professional body for Kundalini Yoga teachers in the UK.

Our aims are:

Share information about Kundalini Yoga to members of the public

Guide students towards local trainings and member teachers and their classes.

Support  member student teachers, teachers and teacher trainers through the issues that arise both in their own practice and the process of sharing it in the world to align to the highest expression of themselves.

KYTA is a membership organisation with a board of directors.

We are guided by the Golden Chain of Guru Ram Das.

As part of this spiritual family – we are guided by organisations such as the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), the 3HO Foundation and the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association as well as  training schools worldwide.

We are an independent UK based Company Limited by Guarantee set up to serve our member teachers.

Our intention is to maintain a neutral space in which teachers can receive peer support, build networks, maintain and develop their professional skills, and serve the Kundalini Yoga community.
