This 4 Weeks Beginner’s Course is the perfect opportunity to get you started with a very transformative form of yoga, that is Kundalini Yoga – The Yoga of Awareness. Kundalini is one of the most spiritual types of yoga. It goes beyond the physical performance of poses with its emphasis on breathing, meditation, mudras (hand gestures) and chanting. You will learn tools that can help you relax, improve your physical and emotional health, break unwanted patterns and habits and possibly uncover your hidden creative talents. In her classes, Wioletta will use gentle movement and breathing exercises, and you will learn mantras and a number of meditations that will specifically release stress and open you up gently to your potential and your intuition. Each week we will explore in theory and practice: Week 1: Breath – Pranayama. Week 2: Kriya – Asana – Body Posture. Week 3: Mudra and Mantra. Week 4: Bhandas, Focus and Meditation. This course will give you the confidence to attend any Kundalini Yoga class or workshop, and you will have the opportunity to speak to Wioletta about starting your own daily practice. No previous experience is required.
