This year’s autumn equinox is at 13:43 on 22 September. Join me for a special workshop honouring this important balance point between harvesting, and releasing what no longer serves us.

We will connect with the energy of the changing seasons, and work with kundalini yoga and meditation, somatic release exercises and special rituals to align ourselves, our energy and help brighten our own light so it may carry us through the upcoming darker months.

This workshop is open to everyone – no prior experience with kundalini is necessary.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring something to write on and with.
