A complete course in How to Play the Gong, from the beginning level to intermediate playing techniques. In this training, you will learn how to play the gong and explore its uses in meditation, therapy, and relaxation. Everyone will have an opportunity to play the gong and experience first-hand the techniques discussed in class. This class is excellent for teachers wanting to integrate the gong into their classes or anyone interested in learning more about this powerful and transformational instrument. No previous musical training or experience with the gong is required to take this workshop. It is open to everyone. Upon completion of this 12-hour course, you will receive a certification of completion that demonstrates you have the necessary skills to play the gong in yoga classes and healing practices. This course qualifies for 7.5 CEU credits with KYTA.
