Celebrate International Women’s Day (8/3) with Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Gong Relaxation, Meditations, Fresh Chai Tea & Tasty Treat with a special guest looking at Diet & Herbs to support Hormonal Health. You have a female body for this incarnation. So how do you honour and love this beautiful gift? The extraordinary creative power that is inherently within the female body is miraculous, and requires special care. We will practice breathing, yoga and meditation techniques to balance and regulate the moon centres, hormonal/ endocrine system (including a short set for preventing early onset menopause and giving mental & emotional balance). You will also be encouraged to take one technique to practice for the following 40 days or more. There will be instructions or video links sent for those who would like to take up any of the practices.
We will also spend about 45 minutes with my special guest Fiona Allison, looking briefly at Signs, Symptoms & Causes of Hormonal Imbalances and then spend the majority of the time focusing on Ways to Balance Hormones Naturally – focusing on 3 main areas of Diet, Adaptogen Herbs & Emotional Support. Includes a tasty treat and spicy fresh Chai. Suitable for all levels, women only.
