Gentle Flow Class is suitable for adults of all genders who prefer a more gentler paced Kundalini Yoga, with more emphasis on breath, mantra and meditation.
We welcome participants with limited physical abilities as all exercises will be adapted to sitting in the chair.
Please bring your own mat, water bottle and a blanket for relaxation.
Classes are for an hour and cost £9 per session or £7 per session when booked in a block of six.
*Complimentary hot drinks after the session.
