Are you ready to recognise the parts of yourself that you have kept in the dark and embrace the shadow?
At the Winter Solstice the sun stands still and the energy of renewal and rebirth are potent – it is the womb of the year. During these nights of long darkness can we call on the divine primal Mother and touch the source of eternity to rebirth ourselves and dance in the flames?
For 11 days we will practice The Northern Lights meditation, using the powerful Ajai Alai mantra. Energising hope for the lights return we will make a “spiritual manger”- a sacred space in the cold and black frozen spaces within, a clean slate ready to receive the magnetic aura of the light and birth our own divine fire child for the new year ahead and open portals to a luminous future.
