SUMMARY:Sacred Mudras Healing Course
DESCRIPTION:~ Our Weekly Tuesday Night Appointment with a New Topic Every F
our Weeks~\n\n The fingers act as electrical circuits\, and the use of mud
ras adjusts the flow of energy to balance the elements and accommodate hea
ling.\n\n\nIn this course\, we encapsulate the most sacred seals of healin
g as a combination of kundalini pranayama and meditation to open the door
of pure contentment and elevation in your life.\n\nMudras – meaning ‘s
eal’\, mark’\, or ‘gesture’ in Sanskrit – are said to intensify
the effects of our yoga or meditation practice and enhance the flow of ene
rgy.\n\nBut how does this work and when should we use them?\n\nJoin us to
deepen your knowledge of the ancient technology of mudras to elevate your
spirit and create a map of tools to be used in your everyday life.\n\nThe
specific origins of mudras are unknown although they’ve been around for
thousands of years and have appeared in varying religions and traditions i
 ncluding Hinduism\, Buddhism\, Christianity\, Egyptian hieroglyphics\, Tan
tric rituals\, Roman art\, Asian martial arts\, Taoism\, and Indian classi
cal dance.\n\nThe purpose of these hand gestures can vary according to tra
dition – from focusing subtle energy\, transmitting teaching through sym
bols\, acting as a tool for healing illness\, and even attributing magical
powers and psychic abilities to the practitioner!\n\nEssentially\, mudras
are a form of non-verbal communication – an ‘external expression of i
 nner resolve.’\n\nRead more..
