During the confinement we are offering on-line sessions every Wednesday evening. We begin with the opportunity for everyone to share a few words about how they are. Then we teach a little and chant akal, followed by a kriya and meditation. It is also an opportunity to meet Ishwara Kaur & Kirpal Singh – Lead Trainers and Co-founders of Ik Saran Dhian – School of Sacred Living.
