Make sure you have enough space to stretch up standing, stretch along the floor, as well as bringing arms out to the side.
You will need a blanket and a bottle of water ready for the practice.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
…Over the courses, I have laughed, cried, sometimes sweated (?!) but most importantly I have found an internal peace that is here to stay.
