Join us to celebrate the winter solstice, and share in live Kirtan led by Ratan Veer Singh, Stevie Ji, Faith with support from Kary Preetam.
Kirtan involves call and response singing of mantras. Plus, we also sing earth and medicine songs. Chanting together can be uplifting and heart opening and bring peace of mind. It can be a deep meditative experience and also – fun!
Kary Preetam will lead a meditation and we will end with a long healing Gong Bath.
We invite you to please stick around and share tea and also – bring a snack to share.
