GUVINDER SINGH AKĀLĪ
Guvinder is an MA student currently focusing on the origins and manifestations of Sikh traditions of Yoga and Meditation, a passion which began with his initiation into the Singh Jogi lineage at the age of 16.

SAT SHAKTI KAUR
Sat Shakti Kaur is the founder of JOY Yoga Kundalini studio based in London. She’s a KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga teacher (Level 3) and associate trainer. She’s a student and practitioner of Sat Nam Rasayan.
The Path to Enlightenment is Boring
The path to enlightenment is far from glamorous. In fact, you might call it boring. At the heart of the journey is daily repetition of kriyas and meditations. You keep up when you’re bored, tired, or even questioning your own practice. You surrender to your discipline. The practice becomes your teacher.
In this talk, we’ll explore the role of sadhana as teacher. We’ll examine the role of shuniya in your spiritual journey. And we’ll consider the role of the Teacher and your role as a teacher.
JIVAN MUKTA SINGH
Jiwan Mukta is a Doctor in the Study of Religions at the University of Helsinki and a historian & political scientist. He is a Level 1 and Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer and Mentor. Heis the director of Yoga Lafontaine.
