All humans are born with infinite creative potential. Studies have shown that most children are creative geniuses. But as we age and the world we inhabit devalues the creative process, we lose the confidence and energy to locate our authentic voice.
Combining the physical postures of Kundalini Yoga with meditation, mantra and poetry will help us to rediscover this voice. Moving, breathing, noticing and writing allow us to be more fully present in our own lives.
