Sat Nam Ji! Having practised hatha yoga for many years, I discovered and experienced the technology of kundalini yoga on a retreat in October 2016. By December 2016 I had signed up for my Level 1 teacher training! I had the privilege of training with Hari Harji Kaur and Sat Nadar Kaur at the Sahej Academy, throughout 2017. Here I met and connected with such wonderful radiant souls. I began holding space to share this practice in July 2017 and attended my first White Tantra event in London, January 2018. Although a relative 'newbie' to kundalini yoga, I am passionate about sharing this amazing technology with as many people open to receive it as possible. To this end, in partnership with a good friend, The Karma Hub was born in January 2018. Serving the community of South Sheffield. We bring a shared wellbeing space to our locale, and I am able to offer 2 kundalini classes per week. Recently I began offering Aquarian Sadhana and this will now become a monthly event, already with some regular devoted attendees. Anyone wishing to connect or join a class or sadhana please contact me directly - firstname.lastname@example.org. You are most welcome! Love and light, Ajeet Rama Kaur

I have been teaching Hatha Yoga since 2000 and Kundalini Yoga since 2010. I strongly believe the true power of yoga is not in performing asana, but in being present in the body and in observing the fluctuations of the mind and how yoga affects your mental state and energy levels. Kundalini Yoga has helped me clear many unhealthy habits and impressions and my intention is to share this amazing practice with others so that they may benefit too.

Birshabd Kaur (Ro Turan) has been practicing yoga, with various teachers in Oxford, for the past 35 years. She discovered Kundalini Yoga in 2009 and was inspired by its profound effects. Candace spent the past 21 years working on the trading floor, as an investment banking executive, in San Francisco, Zurich and London. Six years ago, she was introduced to Kundalini yoga as an antidote to stress related back pain. Through a combination of regular classes and selected meditations she was able to resolve her back issues, slowly integrating a daily practice into her hectic work schedule. It was then she began to feel the amazing benefits of a real mind, body and spirit balance. Inspired by her own transformational experience, Candace chose to expand her knowledge by completing her teacher training at the Karam Kriya school in London. Following the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, her goal is to inspire students to raise their awareness, to explore their creative potential and to feel strong, clear and connected. Candace regularly incorporates sound healing and gong meditation to further facilitate the release of blocked energy and as an aid to calm the mind. Candace’s classes are joyful and inclusive with the goal of “raising the vibration, one class at a time”.
I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and practicing Healing for over 16 years, combining this with a busy career running a recruitment business. It is such a privilege to teach Yoga, to see how people’s whole energetic being changes, their faces become who they really are without the worry of yesterday or tomorrow and you can see the moment when their light gets switched on. Pure magic. The first Kundalini class for me was like arriving at Hogwarts and knowing I was home. In 2015, I discovered the wonder of Yoga Nidra, training with Uma and Nirlipta. I recognised that the transformative and therapeutic nature of Nidra is something really needed in our fast paced high-energy world giving us all time to take a breath and start a re-boot. I am also training in Yoga therapy with Guru Dharam, which is an 800-hour course. This is something I am passionate about , using meditation and yoga to help and heal instead of medication and distraction. I will also be starting Kundalini Level 2 this year with I –Sky. In December 2016, I made the decision to leave my business and concentrate on my passion sharing the mechanics to de-stress and the absolute joy that is Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Reiki healing and Yoga therapy with everyone. My name is Dr. Japjeet Rajbir Kaur Khalsa (before becoming a Sikh I was known as Dr. Nele Bemong) and I have been practicing yoga for about 11 years now. After having practiced Hatha Yoga for a few years, I came into contact with Kundalini Yoga and immediately experienced the transformational power of this 'Yoga of Awareness'. I started teaching Kundalini Yoga in 2008 in Belgium, where I taught up to 5 KY classes per week and experienced what a difference this yoga practice can make to people's lives. In the winter of 2011 I left my academic career in Belgium behind to fully focus on my work as a Kundalini Yoga (KY) teacher and to develop new programs in the UK. Since January 2011 I have been teaching KY in the UK. I now teach regular KY classes in Leicester and run half-day and full-day workshops on specific themes, weekend workshops, and week retreats, both in the UK and in mainland Europe. I also regularly work together with other teachers and holistic therapists, teaching at health retreats or spiritual awakening retreats, and I teach yoga at Sikh camps around the UK. Over the past years I have specialised in, amongst others, KY for stress management, burnout, depression and anxiety; addiction recovery; pre- and postnatal yoga; and men’s, women's and relationships teachings. I am also a nutrition & health advisor, a yogic massage therapist, and a life and yoga coach. Partly thanks to over a decade of working in academia writing a PhD, doing 7 years of postdoctoral research, combined with teaching and holding a Chair at Penn University in Philadelphia (US), I have build up a strong reputation for my rich yogic knowledge and my ability to bring deeply complex teachings in a way that is very easy to understand and grasp for all, whether students have any prior knowledge or not. I am deeply spiritual yet at the same time very down-to- earth and ‘real’, and know how to make the yogic teachings practical, tangible and easy to integrate in a modern Western life. I am very open and direct in my teachings and will cut to the essence, but will always do so with a lot of love for and always in service of the students. Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) and International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA) certified Kundalini Yoga teacher (Aquarian Teacher Level 2 ) Intern Teacher Trainer of the KRI Aquarian Trainer Academy, through Karam Kriya School under lead trainer Shiv Charan Singh Certified baby, toddler, children and teenagers Yoga teacher - Radiant Child Yoga Program RCYP Level 1 & 2 Certified Facilitator for the Kundalini Yoga Women's Program 'Excel & Celebrate - The Radiance of Woman' Certified teacher Mastering the Addictive Personality Specialised pregnancy (prenatal) and postnatal yoga teacher and postnatal doula PhD in Literary Studies
Jayne Evans MA, Cert.Ed. (QTLS) has a lifetime of teaching experience in both formal and informal settings. With extensive practical and academic experience in Photography; creativity, sensitivity and balance are key in her approach to life. She is a certified KRI Yoga Practitioner, having undertaken Instructor training at Hacienda Guru Ram Das, NM, USA (the home of Yogi Bhajan during his time in the West) and is committed to providing quality, individual learning experiences for all, be it behind the camera or on the yoga mat. “Following dramatic life changes: over a period of less than 3 years, I was totally stressed out and very low – that’s when Kundalini Yoga found me. I began a daily practice and my energy began to change, rapidly. I knew I had to share this technology with others as it made such a huge difference to my life. So, in 2011, I stopped lecturing full time and undertook the Kundalini Immersion Course, led by teachers who had studied directly with Yogi Bhajan for over 30 years. It was an amazing experience, working on every aspect of your being.” She has since continued her Practitioner journey, in the U.K. with Shiv Charan Singh & Satya Kaur via the Karam Kriya School and was blessed to return to HGRD to complete the final 'Transformation' module. Jayne is a member of SfET and KYTA/IKYTA.

I teach 1-1 private classes and a regular weekly class from my home in Rayleigh. I also teach regular workshops locally. I'm passionate about helping people live meaningful, rich and joyful lives through exploration, contemplation, self-expression and self-nourishment. My own journey into understanding what it means to live life well and walk my true path hasn’t always been straightforward but it has certainly taken me down lots of different roads; through different terrains and shown me lots of different vistas. The first road was dance. I danced as soon as I could walk and went on to train as a ballet dancer. I relished how dance allowed me to express myself, feel alive and be completely in the moment. The second road was my love of the big existential questions; What does it mean to be human? Why are we here? What is our purpose? I read Religious Studies at university and was fascinated with how our diverse belief systems are in essence so similar. Over 20 years, working in the corporate world, I found myself living increasingly in the left hemisphere of my brain and less and less in my body. During this time the still small voice within always called me back to my true path. I learned the importance of relaxation through tension and illness. This led me to qualify as a reflexologist, Indian head massage therapist and reiki practitioner, and to reconnect with my body through yoga, tantra and walking. I made the month long journey from Sant Jean Pied du Port in France to Santiago de Compostela in Spain, the ancient 800km pilgrimage route which lies directly under the milky way. More recently I returned to my dance roots; training to teach ecstatic awakening dance with the school of ecstatic movement and Kundalini yoga with Karam Kriya – teaching in England and Japan. I am currently learning to live life at a different pace, bringing up my two young adopted children and exploring how to live my intentions with integrity by going through the medicine wheel with a gifted shamanic practitioner. I bring to my work all of these experiences and my ongoing learning to help you reconnect with your mind, body and soul, and explore how you want to live your one wild and precious life.
Maitri Shakti Kaur is a devoted, dynamic and joyful teacher. Maitri has been practising many styles of Yoga and Meditation including Kundalini, Iyengar, Jivan mukte, Restorative, Yin and Dru Yoga; exploring the art of mindfulness from the Zen Buddhist teaching of Thich Nhat Hanh and deepening her experience with 5 Rhythms which is a form of active meditation created by Gabrielle Roth. Her interest on personal evolution brought her recently to take part of a course for a new technique called, the Metamorphic Touch, a simple and effective awakening massage that allows clients to experience their natural state of being letting go of mental and physical limitations. Maitri feels her journey has reached a sort of completion attending "Beyond Addiction The Yogic Path to Recovery" in September 2015- 2016, taught and mentored by Sad Dharam Kaur. She is now supporting students with her knowledge and compassionate approach coming from her personal experience with a basic ayurvedic prospective and yogic lifestyle. Maitri has trained as a Kundalini Yoga teacher with Sky in 2011-12, taught and mentored by Guru Dharam Kalsa. In 2011 she has successfully completed a course with Siri Arti Kaur, founder of“Starchild”(Yoga for children age 4 to 16), bringing a creative and fun aspect to her teaching which not only children benefitted from but probably even more so her adult students. She complemented this training with the“Clown Therapy”course in 2009 for children recovering in hospital. She has also been a certified Reiki 1 facilitator-healer since 2008 and attended level 2 in 2016 in Portugal. Kundalini yoga has been the most powerful tool she has come across in her journey of self discovery through all the various disciplines she practiced and trained on, for the personal experience it gave her to inspire others in the same path. Maitri has offered her service at a rehab centre - “Crouston Oak Lodge” and “The Passage” - a charities for homeless where she share the teaching to help on recovering from addiction with alcohol and drugs. Complementing her yoga practice, she also teach how to integrate Ayurvedic nutrition into her students daily lives to improve the functioning of the systems in the physical, mental and spiritual body. It is her wish that every living being, young or old, experience using these tools to heal themselves and to celebrate the infinite potential and truth that lies within each of us.

I am an example of the deep personal change that Kundalini yoga can generate and that is why I love to hold the space where that can happen for others. I overcame a lifelong addiction in and around the same time that I stumbled upon a Kundalini class and I qualified as a teacher a year on. That was 9 years ago and the journey continues. I have taught in rehabs and studios in London but have recently moved close to a beautiful Essex estuary where there are no KYTA members. It is very important to me that the word Kundalini is synonymous with Yogi Bhajan and I look forward to introducing him to my new neighbourhood.

Natalie is an experienced UK (London) based Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher with over a 1000 teaching hours, and has held dozens of Radiant Woman Workshops, along with annual UK weekend Retreats and the occasional international Retreat that have helped transform and elevate women - to find their way back home to the True Self. The Future is Feminine and for that we need authentically strong women (and men - classes are usually mixed) who can re-balance them selves emotionally, mentally and physically so that they can experience more Bliss & Freedom, which will naturally have a positive impact in re-balancing our World. She particularly loves bringing women together to connect with themselves and their True Power again, and to enjoy the powerful exponential energy of connecting with other like minded women, and doing this in beautiful places. She loves teaching, playing the Gong (a powerful healing tool to reset the nervous, glandular and chakra systems), studying yoga therapy, and going deeper into the profound and transformational teachings of Kundalini Yoga (as taught by the Master of Kundalini Yoga & White Tantra, Yogi Bhajan). She is interested in Shamanic ceremonies such as Cacao ( ceremonial grade raw chocolate/plant medicine that opens the heart), and regularly holds Cacao Ceremonies in London. She also runs a Women’s Coaching program to help women clear their blocks and live their Soul’s Destiny, and has set up a local Red Tent Women’s Circle (a grass roots women’s movement to support each other and rebuild community). She is down to earth, with her head in the stars and her heart open (or doing her best :)) Regular classes are for both men and women, as are some of the events.

Kundalini Yoga is a toolkit for modern life. My daily practice helps me to face the challenges that come my way with grace and true grit. I came across Kunalini Yoga in Sri Lanka in 2005 and became a dedicated student. I qualified as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher with Karam Kriya School in 2006 and have been teaching classes, retreats and workshops since then. It is my honour to share these uplifting, energising and heart-felt teachings.
My name is Sat Dharam. I am a KRI Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Starchild (children’s) Yoga Teacher. I started practicing in yoga classes beginning with 2003 through Hatha Yoga and I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga for about 10 years now. In 2015 I’ve decided to deepen my knowledge and attended Kundalini Yoga Teachers Training in UK. From 2016 onward I have started teaching Kundalini Yoga to adults. Born in to parents who were medical doctors, I have always appraised the miracle of helping and healing people, which also compelled me to help and guide others. In parallel studying and obtaining various qualifications in graphics design and photography I enjoyed the colours and communication of life through individuals and humanity.
My name is Emma & my Yogic name is Sat Inder Kaur. I certified as a teacher in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan with Martha Chester in Devon UK & Amrit Nam Sarovar in France in 2013 and as a Kundalini Yoga teacher for children with StarChild Yoga with Siri Arti in 2012. I am also a Magdalene Priestess. Private individual tailored yoga lessons cost around £40 an hour, to take place by skype in your own home at a time to suit you, or in person in SW of UK, after we have talked about your requirements so that I can prepare the lessons especially for you, and you will be given the kriya instructions to continue the practise long after the lesson. Although I can teach all requirements, I often specialise with women, the Divine Feminine, Self Love, and general issues around parenting. Visit www.wayoftherose.co.uk for more information on Kundalini Yoga, as well as free audios and ceremonies from my TRUE GRACE series with the Divine Mother.
Sat nam, I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher currently teaching at the lovely West Coast Yoga Studio in Whitehaven. I also teach regular workshops in Ulverston as well. Around 16 years ago I was living in Lancaster and was given the wonderful birthday gift of a set of Hatha Yoga classes. I carried on with Hatha Yoga for a couple of years until I was introduced to Kundalini Yoga. I had classes with Dharam Kaur in Heysham and have never looked back. Dharam created a wonderful sangat of students. Many of us were inspired to do the teacher training course ourselves and I qualified in 2008. I have taught in the South Lakes, where I lived for 2 years and then in and around Whitehaven since. Kundalini Yoga completely changed my life and I love passing on the teachings to others. I am beginning an exciting collaboration with Catherine Leary, a Therapeutic Shamanic Practitioner. Please see Combined Kundalini Yoga and Therapeutic Shamanism for details. I am also available for individual or group Kundalini Yoga instruction which can be tailored to meet specific needs or to help particular issues. For example I have experience teaching seated Kundalini Yoga classes to people in a day hospital, teaching someone with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and pregnancy classes. The phenomenal range of kriyas and meditations mean that Kundalini Yoga can be practiced by anyone. I am also a Occupational Therapist, a breastfeeding peer supporter and have completed the Doula training although family commitments mean I am not working in these areas at present. As a Reiki Master I am available for distance and in person healing. I am passionate about tasty nutritious food and aim to live consciously to make myself and the world around me a little better each day :)

I came to Kundalini Yoga over 20 years ago, and it was a beautiful, calming and inspiring “hobby" for a long time. She graduated from Sahej Academy in 2016 and have been teaching Kundalini Yoga and Gong Healing around London and Surrey since. Working in the fast-paced advertising industry, I was seeking for relief from anxiety, insomnia, grief, chronic physical tension and substance dependencies. Practising Kundalini Yoga regularly, I noticed subtle changes and experienced deep transformations in my daily life. Indeed, my experience of the Teachings of Yogi Bhajan were deeply powerful and life-changing. Profound mystical and spiritual experiences were intensively moving, and somewhat confusing at first; and it was not until my path lead me to transitioning from practitioner to teacher, when there was suddenly light at the end of the tunnel and “things clicked”. now that I have been teaching for a while, and can only say that I am continuously inspired by the Teachings and their application to the multiple challenges of being a "spirit having a human experience" . I am humbled to be able to pass the teachings on whenever possible.

Samantha is a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher Having being a Student of Kundalini since 2013 and experiencing first hand what a transformational practice this is, I felt called to share Kundalini Yoga within my community. There were no local classes at the time, so I made the decision to begin Teacher Training with Sahej Academy in January 2016. My vision was to bring the practice to those local to me who were also in search of a deeper understanding of self, whilst also deepening my own practice. That vision became a reality in July 2016 and I am now blessed to teach a weekly class, which is open to all. My intention is simple: to introduce you to, and guide you through the sacred teachings and techniques of Kundalini Yoga, so that you too can experience this transformational practice. Sat Nam. "Kundalini Yoga is simply the uncoiling of yourself to find your potential and your vitality and reach your virtues. There is nothing outside, everything is you. You are the storehouse of your totality." ~ Yogi Bhajan
I love and am passionate about Kundalini Yoga. For me Kundalini yoga has brought all of my beliefs together in a way that is tangible, practical and with tools and teachings that we can all use everyday to support our lives and healing. I love to share these teachings and encourage my students to connect and move deeper into parts of themselves that have been kept hidden thereby offering a truly empowering experience. I also offer a Divine feminine chanting group where we coming together as sisters to rejoice in our connection with the Divine Mother. I began my Mala love by making a Mala Necklace for myself with my own numerology related to my Spiritual name Teja Kaur, to help me to ground my life purpose and to support me with spiritual work by producing something that can be warn and worked with everyday. This has now grown into producing custom made numerology malas, malas that support many aspects of our life and beautiful gemstone jewellery. Each Mala is made within the sacredness of mantra meditation. My healing work through 1-1 Reiki, Angelic, crystal healing, Intuitive Massage and Reflexology sessions can help to re-balance and align your energy bodies and stimulate your own healing processes, helping to bring us back into balance. Working at the level of cause, bringing deep healing and helping to awaken and guide you on your path.
