Tattva Balance Beyond Stress and Duality

A great meditation to do in times of uncertainty and confusion. It can resolve many internal conflicts between the physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental bodies.

  • Place hands in front of the heart fingertips touch, thumbs touch
  • Looking down the nose.
  • Inhale nose, exhale with rounded lips in 8 segments, pulsing in the navel.
  • End with a hold on the inhale twice, on the second hold shake the hands over the head.
  • Relax.
