Teachers Conference 2016

Fourth UK Teachers’ Conference & KYTA AGM 2016

“Yoga Off the Mat”
Saturday 16th July, 9am – 3.30pm

with KYTA, Angad Kaur & Guru Dharam Singh in London

The Kyta Committee are pleased to be hosting the 4th Annual UK Teachers Conference and this year’s topic is “Yoga Off The Mat”. The subject has been raised in previous conferences and it feels like this is the year to open up the discussion further. We are very grateful and excited to have two such experienced teachers, Angad Kaur and Guru Dharam Singh to hold the space for this conference.

The day will be a space to learn more about taking kundalini yoga teachings in to different contexts. It is not just about yoga on the mat or in a studio but looking at how we can take these teachings in to areas such as education, health, rehabilitation, working through the arts and other community contexts. This conference will be an opportunity to share experience in the sangat of teachers, to ask questions and to discuss the scope of sharing the teachings in whatever way we feel called. Earn 10 CEU points.
