Meditation on Rama

For common frequency in communication.

  • Posture: Gian mudra with a straight spine.
  • Eyes: Focus at the brow point.
  • Mantra: Ra-a Ma-a.
  • Inhale and chant beautifully and rhythmically, one repetition every four seconds.
  • Breathe as necessary.
