THe OM YOGA SHOW
14th, 15th & 16th October 2022, Alexandra Palace, London
The OM Yoga Show is a weekend immersion into all aspects and types of yoga.
KYTA will be representing Kundalini Yoga teachers, students and the wider community in the UK. The stall is in collaboration with the Guru Ram Das Project, a charity who work to bring Kundalini Yoga to vulnerable people in order to improve their wellbeing. There will be books for sale, information on classes run by our members and by the GRDP charity and we will be at the stall to answer questions and spend some time with you – the chance to put faces to names. In addition three of our members have taken the opportunity to teach a class. Details of that are below.
We will be there all three days Thursday, Friday and Sunday – come and see us at stall E1.

DR ADI PRIYA KAUR
Dr Adi Priya Kaur is a medical doctor and Level 1 and Level 2 KRI-approved Kundalini Yoga teacher and teacher trainer with the international Karam Kriya School.
Survival Technology
Working in emergency medicine as a doctor I have seen many people with depression, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, digestive issues, insomnia, autoimmune issues, chronic inflammation, and chronic pains; especially after the pandemic. In medicine, we say vagus nerve is important and in Kundalini Yoga, we say it is VERY important. Why? It is because this is the key to your emotional, physical and psychological well-being. Through Kundalini yoga, you can develop your capacity to withstand the pressures of the times.
SAT DHARAM KAUR
Sat Dharam Kaur aka Zeynep is a KRI-approved Level 1 and Level 2 (500hours) Kundalini Yoga teacher. She has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2007 and has been teaching yoga & meditation since 2016.
Tap into Your True Self with Sat Dharam Kaur
Sat Dharam Kaur represents the Kundalini Yoga Teachers’ Association in the UK (KYTA). Through a simple yoga set, we will raise the kundalini energy enough to purify and calm the mind. Then we direct the mind in meditation to become aware of our identity and how we have guided it. On a physical level this yoga set works on the flexibility of the spine, helps improve poor digestion and channels over-abundant creative energy.
HAMIR KAUR
Hamir is a member of the KYTA in the UK and her charity work for GRDP as a community outreach teacher and fundraiser has successfully brought the spirit of Kundalini yoga into the heart of Brixton.
Kundalini Yoga with Hamir Kaur
An attitude of gratitude – We have the opportunity in this afternoon yoga practice to come into thanks for all we receive. Green is the energy of the heart chakra, and when our hearts are open to giving and receiving, that green energy can flow to us more easily, creating abundance in our lives. This practice channels that energy in a very charged way to create new opportunities in our lives.
